Overview

Lister Rapids North is an 8 acre parcel of land on the Red River located immediately north of the beautiful Lister Rapids Park development in West St. Paul. Lister Rapids Park is located 2.5 Kms north of the Perimeter Highway on the east side of Main Street.  The principal streets located within Lister Rapids Park (Shaw Road and Diane Drive) have been extended to the north creating 4 new lots on either side of the street extensions. The development consists of 16 larger country style lots consistent with the rural nature of West St. Paul.

The development is serviced with concrete streets and gutters (no ditches along Shaw Road and Diane Drive), wastewater sewers, and all other underground services except water. Each lot owner will be responsible for installing an individual well on the property to service the building site in accordance with the Development Agreement. 

There are existing walking paths on the west side of the development connecting Lister Rapids Park with the Riverview Development to the north, and Middle Church  and West St Paul school to the South. A playground and River Park is provided within the existing Lister Rapids development.

This extension of Lister Rapids will be governed by a set of building guidelines which will be consistent with the existing nature of Lister Rapids Park. There 4  large river lots overlooking the historic and scenic Red River. All lots with the exception of  the 3 river lots have been sold. Most of the homes have now been constructed and Lister Rapids North is well on its way to becoming a quiet upscale neighborhood consistent with the original Lister Rapids development in all respects.
